A Little Dose of Venom

Venom really needed his own film. Not simply tacked on to number 3 to please the fanboys. He should have been the big villain in number 4... imho. As it stands now, we'll only get about 15 - 20 minutes of solid Venom action. A pity.

i agree. they could have had a heck of a cliffhanger with the suit bonding with eddie. then 4 could have been all about venom. as it is, there is no way venom will even show up until at least half way into the movie. hopefully he comes back for part 4, or we get carnage - though i really expect 4 will be lizard and maybe kraven.

if they get to 6, maybe they will just bring back all the surviving foes for a sinister six smack down. doubtful, but i can always hope.

can somebody say spoilers galore? Seriously dude, I think I've seen the whole movie with all these spoilerific trailers and tv spots...

That's the commercial I saw Friday night. I had a geekgasm.
Venom is more a main villain than Sandman. I'm kinda surprised Raime let them harass him into putting Venom in the movie.

Sandman is the principal villain. Along with Harry as the 'New Goblin'. (Ugh... i really don't like that name at all!) As iconic as he is... Venom, it seems, is criminally underused in Spidey 3. Don't say i didn't warn you! ;)

He looks pretty good to me... although I've wondered, how does Venoms mouth connect with Eddie's mouth? lol Geek thoughts.
